American 1 is only taking applications from past Women's Expo vendors at this time.
After the first of the year, we will open up vendor spots to the general public. If you would like to be on the list of potential vendors for Spring 2009, please e-mail Liz Niles (lniles@a1fcu.org) the following:

- Description of business in 25 words or less
Both space is open on a first to apply and pay – first to fill basis. Space is limited to only one “same name” businesses like Mary Kay reps or Creative Memories reps, etc., and limited to 2-3 of the “same type” businesses. American 1 reserves the right to offer an exclusive for any type of business as they see fit.
INSURANCE: Exhibitors are advised to verify that their regular company insurance policy includes extra-territorial coverage, and that they have their own theft, public liability and property damage insurance. American 1 Federal Credit Union, Jackson Public Schools and their respective employees and volunteers will not be responsible for injury or damage that may occur to an exhibitor, their employees and/or agent, nor to the safety of an exhibit or other property against robbery, fire, accident, or any other destructive causes, prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Any exhibitor participating in the event expressly releases American 1 Federal Credit Union, Jackson Public Schools and their respective employees and volunteers from any and all claims for such a loss, damage or injury. It is understood that consignment of goods is entirely at the risk of the exhibitor.
NOTE: There are no proceeds from this event. Fees are put toward rentals, facility fees, advertising, and supplies, but in no way cover the full expenses of the event. American 1 covers the remaining expenses.
