American 1’s Access system gives you the convenience of accessing your accounts from anywhere with a touch-tone phone. Getting started is easy To begin using American 1 Access, visit any branch location to set up an access code for your account (you can change this code at any time). When your access code is set up, you will be automatically entered into "Menu Mode" on the system. You may change to "Expert Mode" whenever you choose by visiting the "Other Options" menu (Expert Mode allows more familiar users to access their accounts using service codes). Stop by any branch to pick up an A1 Access brochure with a complete listing of Access instructions.

Safe and secure With American 1 Access, your transactions are private and your information stays safe. An access code, along with your account number, allows only you to access your accounts. This code can be changed at any time. For extra security, withdrawals are issued by check and made payable to the primary member on the account. They are mailed only to the address on file.
